So I would never use super glue for gluing EVA foam. The glued parts will be squished and have to endure a lot of strain, so there arent a lot of glues, that checks all of these boxes.

This is meant as a beginner primer for adhesives (that we use [enough to know a bit about {mostly}]). In our shop you can also find crafting patterns to help you with your own projects! You can continue working on your project but the glue will only be completely dry after about an hour.

Hot Glue is also quite a thick clue and when you want to glue EVA Foam very accurately, then you may end up with very ugly and unsightly seams and gaps due to the nature of the Hot Glue (and sealing the Foam afterward can be complicated.) They are called Cosplayflex, Thibra or Wonderflex but generally all work the same way.

Hot glue is amazing for gluing foam to foam since its hot enough that the foam melts a little and basically fuses the pieces together. Vallejo has nice standard colors as well as some greatmetallics and special effects.

It has other good uses, like for gluing plastics and other smaller, lighter, and less flexible things. The short answer is yes, but it will be a lot harder to get a strong bond without any gaps. In general this kind of adhesive isa gluethatyou apply in thin layers on both sides, let it dry a few seconds and press together afterwards.
