The problem i believe is ebay They have changed the workings of promoted listings. - opens in new window or tab. It's very smart of eBay, they get to line their pockets now and tell us how it's our choice to pay the ransom to get our items seen. If it still doesn't work, try clearing cookies, or try again later, sometimes ebay features break for a bit. Theres listing fees, final value fees and PayPal fees on top of that.
