I called the desk on the night of arrival and was told breakfast would be served int he morning only to find out the next morning that there was no breakfast.

No, there aren't any guestrooms with balconies at Hilton Richmond Downtown. The hotel was awesome but the parking is inconvenient. Expensive hotel with nothing included. If the hotel changed their valet/parking process I would stay here again (but avoid the breakfast).

Hilton has a reputation for excellence but I probably will not choose them again. The room was lovely, beds comfy, everything was clean, and the staff was great. I did expect more from a large Hilton, but a commodations are no better than many three and four star hotels/motels we have stayed in. Loved my stay and would definitely stay again.
