We take very seriously any concern about the quality of our products and our staff is highly trained to strictly follow the protocols in all food and beverage areas to avoid any risk. -Upon arrival, it took the reception a while to figure out their mistake in booking us a room for 4 not 2. Lots to do. Your opinion is very important to us. We stayed for 10 days in June/July 2022 and could not find anything to complain about. -On one of the water slides and on my first try, it was so fast i was jumped off and hit my head and shoulder and nonone seem to care. Our resort is highly acclaimed for its quality guest service, and we were delighted to learn that your experience was no exception. All our guests are able to take advantage of this service by making a reservation (48 hrs in advance) either online or visiting our Guest Relations in person. To make a long story short one of the best hotel, best vacation and Definitely I will come back. Staff were helpful especially Illhan front desk manager, he's the best. I am soo sorry but forgot the other ladies name. They have 5-6 pools , never crowded and you will always find a deck chair available . We would be more than happy to welcome you back in the very near future. Everything was very clean and they are always on top of everything in cleaning, organizing and making sure everything is sharp and neat.

Another big point for the covid measures in place throughout the property. Several restaurants to choose from, different cuisines- Turkish, Japanese, Barbeques, seafood. Water sports, jet skis. We care deeply about the happiness and satisfaction of our guests, so it's excellent you appreciated the dedication of the staff members, delicious food varieties, and our best service. About 15-20 min drive from the airport, and about the same to the old town Antalya. We do not have any problems with our reservation system, as the reservations for A'la carte restaurants are based on availability. My daughter had an amazing time whenever she went there. The food in the buffet restaurant as well as in all the A-la-Carte Restaurants was amazing. I highly recommend the hotel.
