Unlike many Orlando resorts where daytime pool crowds are few, the Sheratons pools always seem crowded. We didn't have any connectivity.

Getting Around I apologize for your check-in experience. The resort has at least 3 main pools which were very nice and suitable for kids of all ages, in addition to playgrounds. My kids also loved all the birds, turtles, and fish on the property. Little pool bar hit and miss weather open . This section of the resort is closest to the lobby and surrounds a giant pool. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. If you like a home away from home, this is ideal. We definitely recommend. Modern rooms have mini-fridges, 47-inch HD flat-screen TVs, free bottled water, and Aveda toiletries. The villa was perfect and everything was great! Would probably not return unless another great deal showed up. Guests can visit the on-site activities center to rent board games, tennis equipment, bikes, DVDs, and even art supplies. The hotel site was very large. Close to the pool at St. Augustine, The Villages Marketplace offers snacks, beer and wine, plus a full-service deli where you can order sandwiches to go (or cold cuts to make your own). It was disappointing, but the cleaning was done well, so it was not too bad. Please be aware the gates are there for your security and safety. I was first given a room that was tiny, no balcony and overlooked a/c units and a big hole in the ground. The other pools offer fun waterfall features and plenty of comfy chairs on which to lounge. Then I was told by the manager on the property that they didn't have wifi and that was a known problem. There was a power outage for about 7 hours and the next day the Wi-Fi kept going out. The hotel also offers swimming pools (some with kiddie features), onsite dining, a fitness center, spa services and shuttles to Disney World. Getting Around I apologize for your check-in experience. The resort has at least 3 main pools which were very nice and suitable for kids of all ages, in addition to playgrounds. My kids also loved all the birds, turtles, and fish on the property. Little pool bar hit and miss weather open . This section of the resort is closest to the lobby and surrounds a giant pool. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. If you like a home away from home, this is ideal. As there is also an outlet mall in about 3 minutes away by car, it is convenient for shopping as well. I was first given a room that was tiny, no balcony and overlooked a/c units and a big hole in the ground. The other pools offer fun waterfall features and plenty of comfy chairs on which to lounge. Then I was told by the manager on the property that they didn't have wifi and that was a known problem. There was a power outage for about 7 hours and the next day the Wi-Fi kept going out. The hotel also offers swimming pools (some with kiddie features), onsite dining, a fitness center, spa services and shuttles to Disney World.
