There will be some resistance from the ball retainers at the end, but that is by design.
To remove a drawer with no lever, locate the disconnect tabs. Install the Door Handle at the Top.
Then slide the tool in between the drawer and the track, with the bent edge leading the way. Some self-closing guides use these to hold the drawer in place on the gliding tracks. Open the drawer completely. Keep pressing as you pull the drawer out. Slightly bend your back and lift the drawer from the front with both hands. For our smaller trash can cabinet, I installed the sliding garbage can insert higher in the cabinet.
