I put a 90 degree fitting on it to cure that problem. Down the line I will be upgrading the gun, and going to a media regulator / foot pedal. When i picked up sand once the yard guy asked me what i was using it for. I have a large compressor and plenty of air so that should not be a problem. I watched a bunch and took the best of each one and here is what I did to make mine more user friendly. I use the cabinet to remove rust from car parts, so I have to use a pretty aggressive media. Connect a large shop vac to it that can handle all the dust.
