Based on my observation of some windshield replacements, taking care of the issue you show may every well involve dealing with the whole windshield and that's not DIY, especially with re-calibration required if it has to be pulled or replaced. Yeah don't worry about it I fix these kinds of problems often I work at a glass shop what you want to use is ureathane just make sure not to get it on yourself and make sure the molding is dry otherwise it will not stick, and let it dry overnight if not use some painters tape to hold it in place while driving until it drys. While we can kind of tuck it in and keep it down for awhile it eventually comes loose and is slowly coming apart more and more from the glass.
