Do we need to have the weatherstripping replaced on the entire windshield or just the exterior, is it a major or minor problem, how big or small of a job is it and how much can we expect to pay for the repair? Based on my observation of some windshield replacements, taking care of the issue you show may every well involve dealing with the whole windshield and that's not DIY, especially with re-calibration required if it has to be pulled or replaced. This has happened to me more times than I can count. After replacing, mine "whistled" in the wind, so I out some black gasket silicone under it along the top.
