The Hilltop Manor Restaurant is known for its innovative and edgy cuisine and provides the ultimate in a true dining experience while in Montauk. The vents would turn on every 15 minutes or so and were extremely loud. Cannot be more then 28 days between check-in and check-out dates. We knew ahead of time that the restaurant would be closed and planned ahead. Our room was so clean and modern.
