From a custom audio guestbook, a firework reception entrance, cocktails with monogrammed details, a cigar roller & a caricature artist, to a confetti exit and late-night pizza, no detail was overlooked for this amazing celebration. Our close family and bridal party watched our ceremony live streamed. Rosss brother Ryan said that as a wedding gift he decided to track down Rosss birth parents and had friends dressed as Ronald McDonald and Wendy Thomas deliver a happy meal during the toast. Perched just above the harbor, the Pool Deck is simply extraordinary.
With only a month to plan, we needed to move quickly. Cocktail hour was enjoyed just steps outside of the ballroom in the beautiful black & white checkered floor space, and the red carpeted steps certainly make for a grand entrance! I hope to change this review in the future with a better experience.

This was literally the beginning to a terrible situation that occurred down the road. The wedding gallery and video teaser they put together are incredible and stunning. Not only did the venue complement their impeccable looks, but they complemented each other.

Sasha and Davids waterfront wedding at the Sagamore Pendry Hotel in Baltimore, MD was a luxurious, elegant affair. This was stressful because we did not know if our wedding was scheduled or not. One of the grandest venues in Baltimore, the 4,565-square-foot Sagamore Ballroom abounds with historic architectural character, including gorgeous arched windows, a mullioned skylight, and intricate moldings. Love this jacket by Copper Stone Co.Most gorgeous ballroom EVER.Jenna & Franco decided to do a room reveal and their reaction was AWESOME.One of my favorites! Karimah and Robert had a glamorous wedding this past summer at Baltimores Sagamore Pendry Hotel.
The couple celebrated their love with friends and family, making sure to take a moment to breathe deeply and appreciate their special day. When two people are so obviously perfect for each other I cant help but get super excited about sharing their story. AHHHH!

I wouldnt waste my time. The Ballroom can comfortably fit 220-240 guests with a DJ or a band and a dance floor. If our wedding needed to be outdoors due to restrictions, we wanted the entire city of Baltimore to be the backdrop.
I have left voicemails and emails to attempt to get information to book my wedding and have had zero contact. I love the Beatles and if you listen to the lyrics it sounds like a love song.

Congratulations, David and Sasha! When my shoes arrived damaged and a new pair had to be shipped directly to the hotel, Marissa coordinated with security to make sure I would receive them personally.
I am writing this review in hopes to save another bride the amount of confusion, anger and frustration I went through with this hotel for a ROOM BLOCK and GETTING READY. I wish we could do the entire thing over again because it truly was the best day of my life and it wouldn't have been the same at any other venue! Beautiful!
Some examples are personalized fans and hand sanitizers, name cut outs at each place setting to sit guests by household, and individual mini-wedding cakes for each guest sitting on top of custom made small cake stands. Our smaller wedding allowed us to have the traditional walk down the aisle where that was his first time seeing me and it was so wonderful to see his reaction and emotion. These are absolutely gorgeous!
It was an intimate gathering and our cantor, Jan Morrison, asked each person to give us a blessing.

The ivory, black, and metallic color scheme was classic, and the pops of blush went with my dress. The golden light coming in totally made it look like we were California. What Was Unique and Special About Your Wedding Day: Its funny because I was really focused on planning the reception; I just wanted everyone else to have a great time at our wedding. We went with their in house baker and she created a custom cake for us as a replica of our local baker and it was actually even better. But you don't know how to stand out online or where your marketing plan is lackingI got you!

Due to the continued risk of COVID-19 our wedding plans were officially canceled on June 1, 2020. The feeling I got from our interactions With the events team was that they prioritize based on budget. Dear Seth and Nguyen, it was an honor to document your amazing wedding day!

We were fortunate that most of our vendors had availability on August 1 and everything magically fell into place for the elopement celebration of our dreams at the Sagamore Pendry.

We went back to our room and had chocolate covered strawberries and champange waiting for us which was such a nice touch. Our wedding inspiration was elegance through a combination of classic and modern elements with a pop of color. What more could you ask for? The room was decorated in an elegant color palette of ivory, blush, and rose gold, with lavish floral centerpieces and twinkling candles.

Bartenders at the pool gave us complimentary champagne. She informed us that we were financially responsible for the remaining rooms as well as letting us know that we cannot take any photos outside of room.
Marissa even went to the extent of meeting me at check in to make sure the truck of things we were bringing was unloaded and taken to a locked room for storage. We had the pleasure of working with Marissa as our Pendry coordinator and were completely blown away by her.
The Winslow Room is a perfect spot for a wedding reception for those looking for a unique, modern, and indoor reception space. Nate and I were the Pendrys first small-scale wedding and they were incredibly accommodating of our 14 person event. I feel so lucky to have been their photographer, and I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this darling duo. Thankfully, we avoided this venue as we have later heard horror stories from multiple other vendors (vendor friends and vendors we booked) about the events team and their treatment here.
Nate had no idea that his best man would be there on our wedding day and I had JR deliver my gift to Nate (the Os, Ravens, Virginia Tech bobblehead) in his suite while Nate was getting ready. From the first time Josh and I met them and they welcomed us into their home, to their wedding day, they always had to best energy and the most thoughtful souls. The style consisted mainly of gold, white, marble, gold geometric shapes, and bright flowers.

Jenna & Franco are some of the kindest most vibrant people you will meet. This wedding day was truly incredible in SO many ways, Im honestly at a loss for words. With 5,744 square feet of dramatic views, a grille and five private cabanas, its a memorable space for any event. Nate and I knew we wanted Baltimore to be a big part of our special day as it is one of the things that has always brought us together. Two things the Events Manager did to us. Then on the wedding day, valet parking filled up and our guests were left scrambling for parking. I cannot begin to tell you how angry I was at this Manager for her lack of professionalism and communication and two the Pendry itself would allow this to happen. Sashas 12-year-old brother made the ceremony even more memorable by contributing his rendition of Stevie Wonders Ribbon in the Sky on the piano. Their wedding ceremony was the first one to be held in the garden-filled courtyard/atrium and it was beautiful! They exchanged heartfelt vows and later, rejoiced with loved ones in a flower-filled euphoria. This big surprise moment was captured by pictures and videowhen Nate realized his best friend was there and he immediately broke down into tears. But what was honestly more breathtaking was this couple. After waiting almost 45 in lobby we walked out.
It was absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for her I would imagine.
We started dating after graduation in 2010 and fell in love due to our common interests in Baltimore, sports, engineering (Nate works as a structural engineer, and I work as a Project Manager for NASA at Goddard Space Flight Center), our dog Pete, and a shared importance of friends and family in our lives. I figured out a way to have Nates best man and my maid of honor be present on our big day by being vendors for usJR (Nates best man) picked up and deliveredthe cakes and Kelly (MOH) brought my dog, Pete to and from the wedding which allowed them both to be present that day and witness our ceremony (standing in the back).
