When coming from Laceys Creek and Woodstock youll cross beautiful Mt. Nursery Volunteers work in our native plant nursery located at our Koala Care and Research Centre in East Lismore. Students are responsible for laundry and only breakfast is provided by the family. Afterwards, you will either enjoy a beautiful rainforest walk and visit the Rocky Hole swimming hole (Laceys Creek), visit Twinnies Pelican and Seabird Rescue (Woodstock) or walk the Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk and visit amazing Curtis Falls (Crohamhurst) in the afternoon. When joining this programme you enjoy a unique nature exploration trip amidst Australias wild landscapes and actively contribute to protecting threatened koalas by volunteering in different conservation projects.
